Q: Can I reschedule my move?
A: Yes, absolutely. We require at least 24 hours' notice.

Q: Can you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
A: Yes, we can! This service must be booked in advance to allocate time and tools for the job.

Q: Do I need to be present during the move?
A: No, you don't need to be present. However, we do recommend someone is there for access.

Q: How should I prepare my appliances?
A: We recommend disconnecting your appliances ready for removal, though this can be done by us. 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept both cash and card payments.
